The Spendlow’s York Talk presentation will feature aspects from all their recordings and publications in particular the new edition of Jorvik and the Vikings and research from their Kirklevington Stones project which covers navigation techniques and the influence of belief systems on cultural life.

The history of York on collectable CDs is building with thanks to the Spendlow's York team, who have already completed The Vikings, Guy Fawkes and Dick Turpin plus The Minster with many more topics to come.
Their special presentation for the Jorvik Festival teams them with York's Library Services to bring you a riveting talk from narrator and storyteller Adrian Spendlow accompanied by a sound and images show from researcher, writer and technician Gramey Smith.

Their Audio Histories and intriguing books are widely available to buy before the library event in particular at The Little Apple Bookshop and at the Bar Convent and Micklegate Bar Museums in York and at Preston Park near Yarm.
