The main customer toilets, which include a fully accessible separate toilet, are in the basement. There is an additional toilet for people with disabilities on the top floor next to the entrance to the lift. There is an emergency call-point in the disabled toilets.
Staff will be pleased to reserve wheelchair spaces or seats in any particular part of the auditorium. The Box Office, kiosk and bar all have adapted counters and accessible levels for transactions. All areas of the building are accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. A lift serves all floors.
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Alternatively your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.
Our stair rails have embossed tactile aids underneath, that indicate the steps approaching each level. Three bumps mean that you are on the third step from the landing, two that you are on the second step and one that you are on the final step.
The lift is fitted with a voice commentary and tactile aids. It has a telephone should you need to contact a member of staff in an emergency.
Large print menus and film schedules are available on request.
There are induction loop facilities at the Box Office and infrared facilities in all three screens. Hearing aid users should turn their aids to the 'T' position to benefit from the inductive coupler. To use the infrared system please ask for receiving equipment at the Box Office. You will be asked for a credit card or a £5.00 deposit for the equipment, which will be fully refunded on its return at the end of the screening. Certain performances carry subtitles and these are clearly indicated on the weekly listings flyer
Staff will be happy to call a taxi if needed.

Parking:
Setting down is best done by drawing alongside the cinema in Coney Street. There are parking spaces in St Helen's Square, Parliament Square and Davy Gate for orange-badge holders.
